"heart attack"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency Lincoln County Hospital / Cardiology

(as a service user),

Went to a+e was kept in. 

Found out I'd had heart attack. 

Done tests given angiogram fitted stent. 

Saw coronary nurse who helped me change 

by giving things to do and target. 

I now know what to do and change to give me a

longer life hopefully. 

The care and treatment I received were great, I was so pleased that

the services were good.
