"Noisy private ward, irritating music in background"

About: The Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital (Stanmore) / Trauma and orthopaedics

Ian Munro ward, I paid more than £8.5k for my operation.

The op itself was fine, but the ward was terrible.

A noisy place (music blaring from other rooms), and staff milling about in the corridors whinging about time sheets and admin.

Really really irritating and not at all conducive to resting and getting better.

For private care, this seems very poor.
