(as the patient),

I recently attended a colonoscopy appointment at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline.  

The Endoscopy Unit itself is new, clean, well appointed and calm. The nursing staff were both efficient and kind and made sure I was at ease all the way through. I was especially happy with my nursing during the procedure. I was also pleased with the attention to dignity, given the nature of the procedure.
