"Boston Pilgrim Hospital Staff are Simply the Best!"

I visited Boston Pilgrim's A&E Department on 9th October, 2017, as I had been experiencing breathing difficulties due to asthma and a chest infection.

I was helped by a staff nurse and a doctor.

The department was extremely busy, but despite the pressure on them, the staff were efficient, patient and totally professional.

In particular, the Staff Nurse and doctor were excellent and remained cheerful and kind despite the fact that it had been a long night and we were by then in the early hours of 10th October.

I also noticed how hard-working the lady cleaner was, keeping the department spotless during the night shift.

Well done all A&E staff.

Anyone taken to this hospital can be assured of completely professional and efficient treatment.
