I am prompted to gratefully acknowledge the emergency treatment arranged for my wife today when a tooth fractured unexpectedly, with an associated degree of pain.

On arrival at the hospital, the reception staff were very helpful and supportive and despite a busy schedule of appointments for the day, managed to secure an afternoon appointment to extract the affected tooth.

This was exceptional by any standards and represented a welcome response to a true emergency which subsequently was dealt with in a most professional manner. As an existing patient with an on-going treatment plan in place, her assigned dental student was in attendance at the hospital and provided another level of patient care and support whilst the extraction was skilfully performed.

It is undoubtedly a measure of the dedication of the staff of the hospital that they will always try hard to ensure that every patient is treated with a most professional and caring manner which can be relied upon to exceed your highest expectations. Thank you very much indeed.
