About: Sunderland Royal Hospital

My Son had his EEG Scan on Thrusday 5th October. He was given an emergency appointment by South Tyneside Hospital. So glad they got him quite quickly.

But the Scan at Sunderland was quite quick aswell. They were really helping answering our questions.

Also the Nurse was really good with making our son feel comfortable and to try and get the best results we could for the Scan.

The Neurology department was abit tricky to find but we eventually got there.

Thanks for taking the time to post. Yes the hospital is quite big so can be a bit of a maze at times. If you ask at any of the reception desks the team will always be happy to point you in the right direction. Really pleased you were seen quickly and it was a positive experience for your son. Happy child, happy parents:)
