"Pharmacy and Car Park"

About: Epsom Hospital

Having visited the Hospital recently, I was very annoyed at the length of time waiting at the Pharmacy, my appointment took one hour with consultant, who gave me a prescription, but the prescription was only valid at the Hospital Pharmacy, so had to wait another hour and a half to obtain the drugs required.

Why Oh Why, can the prescriptions be only valid at the Hospital, it would make more sense if the patient had a choice of Hospital Pharmacy or General Pharmacy, which would relieve the Bad parking situation at Epsom Hospital, also the additional costs incurred by having to wait at Pharmacy for such a long time. Perhaps this is the way to make money from the sick. Pull your socks up, thats all i can say,as pensioners on state pensions just can not afford these exorbitant fees for car parking, we are not all well off.

If the pharmacy had to refund the extra fee for the car park, i feel sure that they would be very Quick to get themselves moving.

The Pharmacy lets the whole Hospital down in its Service to the patients, very sad, but true, as a everywhere else at the hospital gives
