This morning I woke up in so much pain my husband rang 111 they sent a ambulance as always the paramedics are so kind and friendly I have a on going condition and have a care plan at hospital well when I was there I had a panic attack as I have a problem with being out and a fear of hospital iv always said a&e are brilliant and still are but this one nurse was just so rude and horrible it as really upset me there was no need for the nurse to be horrible to me
