I was seen today in orthopaedic outpatients. the consultant involved me in the decisions made and gave me all the options. I was allowed to choose my own surgery date, although I am aware that circumstances may change that date. I was seen before time, then went to pre op clinic where I was assessed quickly and efficiently.
every member of staff I saw was courteous, friendly and approachable, and efficient without making me feel I was being hurried in any way.
as with my previous experiences of Stepping Hill Hospital, I cannot recommend the care I received there highly enough.
