My wife attended the hospital in September for an MRI. On entering the reception area we were ignored by the two receptionists who appeared to be dealing with a computer issue. A simple acknowledgement would have sufficed. When we were spoken to my wife was asked a number of questions which were barely audible. She was asked if she knew her weight and when she replied no the retort from the receptionist was "It's only an estimate you're not that heavy are you?" The receptionist was rude and brusque. Whilst my wife had her scan I filled in a review form. There was no box to put it in and the other person working in the reception area gave me a used envelope with no way of sealing it as the top had been ripped open and took it from me. I was appalled by the attitude we encountered. I asked for a reply on the form but have not received one as yet. This would lead me to speculate that the form was never submitted as I feel the staff knew I had submitted a complaint about their attitude. Hardly surprising considering the level of service displayed . I would like a reply to this review.
"Poor reception treatment"
