"Of no help or support whatsoever"

Promises made but not delivered. instead, when you have to chase up why you haven't been contacted you're told you declined further help (though you know you didn't decline as you're desperate for any help possible) and left questioning yourself, as if you don't already feel you've lost sanity!

Medical staff who are patronising, appear to have very little understanding of individual conditions and needs showing no compassion, sympathy or interest.

Sufferers visit Waterford House because of desperation and a means of hope. Not to feel no-one is interested, that there is no help out there and feeling like you've wasted their time!

The number and content of negative reviews say it all for Waterford House.

I'm shocked and disgusted! God help anyone hoping to receive help and understanding here!
