"I sensed a real team spirit from the Doctor and nursing staff"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Having arrived at the above for my appointment with fear of the unknown,that soon left me,as the Doctor took great care in explaining what was about to take place.

I sensed a real team spirit from the Doctor and nursing staff,which made me relax.The procedure took place,which I hardly noticed thanks to the nurses chatting to me,and it was over.The Doctor then explain the results of the procedure in great detail.
