"Amazing midwife!"

About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Maternity

I gave birth to my first baby two and a half weeks ago in the labour ward and the midwife I had was amazing!

They had been working all day and was meant to finish at 8 but I didn't give birth until nearly 10 o'clock at night and they stayed with me the whole time!

They were so caring and attentive, a really sweet person and I'm so happy I had them with me.

They really looked after me but also my fiancé, mum and fiancés mum too.

It is fantastic to hear that a member of staff went above and beyond to ensure that you received wonderful care and made you and your family feel so well looked after.
