Attended Hunter Health Centre to have bloods taken recently received telephone call a few days later to say that I was to have treatment and the prescription would be left at the chemist, Fine. I then received a telephone call two days after that to say GP wanted to see me regarding blood results I called to say that I already had prescription and was I still to see the doctor and I was told yes.
Two days later I received a letter from the GP saying they hadn't heard from me !!!! and it was the patients responsibility to contact the surgery regarding results !!! I phoned again and asked if I was still to attend and see the GP and I was told yes.
Low and behold turned up for my appointment with the GP and was told I needed a prescription !!! I advised her that I already had the prescription and she looked surprised.
This surgery is getting worse and I am begining to wonder if they know what they are doing.
