I had my baby boy Rory on Monday 25th September by emergency C section after a complicated labour. The care and support I received from the midwives and doctors was anazing. I was very anxious about the birth and felt reassured, respected and well cared for at all times. The midwives that got me through the birth were wonderful and I relieved a lot of help to try and establish Breast Feeding after wards, especially from the maternity assistant all tho this proved very difficult to achieve. Life on the Folkestone ward was a bit tough for my husband as he needed to sleep in a chair next to me for 3 nights but this was not a big problem as we were well taken care of. Thank you for providing me with a positive birth experience despite the challenging labour.
"Brilliant care"
