"Issues with getting to the clinic"

About: Arrol Park Resource Centre / Chiropody/Podiatry

(as the patient),

To start with there is no reception in the Arnold Park clinic, anyone can walk in. The service when I go there was very good.

I’m in my mid 80s. Patient Transport has been problematic. The clinic is 25 miles away from me, and patient transport don’t normally take patients to this clinic. They forgot about picking me up which was annoying. I had to have a follow up appointment with the clinic three days after I had a nail removed but it was too short notice for patient transport. I don’t have a car so I have no other way of getting to the clinic. I now have a new appointment with my local clinic. People should think more about patients who rely on patient transport.

Hello violettb54

Thank you for taking the time to post your experience in attending for your nail surgery appointment at Arrol Park Resource Centre. I am delighted to read you had a positive treatment experience but that you had unfortunately experienced challenges and difficulties with patient transport services.

Please do not hesitate to call me, if I can be of further assistance to you

Kind regards

Rhona Allardice
