"Seeing a cheery face makes all the difference"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Stroke Care

(as the patient),

My experience in ward 3E at Crosshouse was second to none. The staff were very approachable and helpful.

Everything done with a smile which makes all the difference to see a cheery face.

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.
