"Thanks to all the team for their help"

About: Inclusion Matters Wirral

(as a service user),

When I first went to inclusion matters, I did not know how it would change my way of thinking. Also help to understand deep rooted thinking of a negative kind. Yet a number of occasions and time lapses I was able to get over anger issues and grief from loss of loved ones friends and family divorce and psychical mental sexual abuses as well as verbal and aggressive behaviour towards myself causing me to be violent and one the defence and attack all the time. Still can't mix with people in groups as it makes me anxious and depressed. I got over the suicidal thoughts and grief as I read a book on time to grieve and broke down in tears that were held back for decades. I was in lock down emotionally and hurting. Thanks to all the team for their help I'm on the mend, happy, less sad, less angry thoughts, feeling confident, hopeful.

Dear papafq67. Thank you very much for your feedback. It sounds as though you have learnt some positive coping strategies, and that you have been able to work through several issues. I hope you continue to find these strategies useful, and wish you luck with everything.
