I arrived for my appointment for a small dental surgery and only waited a short time before being taken through for my initial assessment. All the staff were friendly - introduced themselves, gave time for questions and offered support if I needed it. The doctors of every variety were also friendly and efficient. I was a little nervous about having a general anaesthetic, and they were all very calming and comforting.
The only thing I'd conment in any way negatively is that despite the curtains clearly stating on them 'Do not enter', lots of staff still poke their head around to see the member of staff or ask a question. I understand the need for fast communication in a hospital setting, but privacy and dignity are important and often get lost in these types of scenarios.
Overall, great service, great staff. Thanks!
