"Visit to A & E"

I had made a visit to the A & E dept as I had had an accident and was in excruciating pain in my right knee. I booked in and after a small wait I was seen by the triage team .I was then sent to x ray and my images where reviewed and I was given the results of torn ligaments in my knee.

I cannot thank the staff enough , polite, I didnt feel rushed , I was listened to. The dept was very busy, the staff where always smiling , I havent had any reason to visit A &E in the past , its has had a revamp, nice and light and airy.

The staff their do an excellent job, I cant thank them enough for all their help.
