My father spent nearly a month at Basildon hospital. Moving from the assessment ward to William Harvey ward. I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the care of the nurses. I was kept fully informed about his care and included in all decisions. I felt confident leaving a confused frail elderly man I their care
