"Our stay in ward 29"

About: Royal Shrewsbury Hospital / General medicine

Drs and health care assistants were rushed off their feet . One nurse was good how ever the rest were always talking over the time we ever there about hair cuts Christmas and new year shifts about not being happy about working . The Drs were doing blood test which I thought the nurses could of done rather than sitting down for most of the shift . At one time I asked for a cup . Not one of the nurses turned round . One said to the trainee nurse can u get it for her , the health care assistant was supporting a patient (c) who clearly had memory problems they were excellent not one came to support them .patient confidentiality was not the case general conversation infront of other so the trust would be in breach of data protection
