From my consultant visit to my ore operative assessment and finally to admissions I was looked after extremely well with care and dignity. The staff in theatre explained my procedure fully and looked after me and the staff on Horsted Keynes ward were absolutely lovely, caring and attentive, making my stay more bearable .
Taking time out to make sure I was comfortable and helping me when I couldn’t manage on my own
