"Extremely efficient, well-run department."

This review is a true and honest representation of my experience. It is not meant to be kind, it is simply the truth.

Having lost the hearing in my right ear I was referred to Broadgreen ENT by my GP. I recieved my appointment some days later and an appointment with a consultant a matter of a few weeks later. I was referred for scans and blood test. This took a matter of a few weeks and attneded a further review with my consultant. I received detailed advice and reassurane and was then referred for a hearing aid. I have since attended an number of further reiviews with my consultant and have now been discharged.

I have been impressed by the speed of service and the efficiency of all the staff including the admin staff. I have always been treated in a friendly and courteous wasy and given expert, professional advice. I am extremely impressd by the service and by the people who work in this department . I could not have asked for any more.

I must also say how much I appreciated the the work of the consultant. The consultant was kind, friendly and able to allay many of my fears and anxieties while still providing professional and expert guidance.

I cannot see how a busy department in a busy hospital can improve on this level of service. Well done!
