New Cross Hospital OPA orthopaedic dept 28/09/17 @ 1.30 pm. Seen by Dr who apologised for the 20 minute delay which I had no problem with. They presented as very understanding and listend to my concerns.
They fully informed me of my test results and talked me through my X-ray results and what treatment was suitable for me at this time.. I did not feel rushed or pushed out. I was asked if I had any further questions. I felt confident with their recommendations . I have also been seen by their nurse colleague twice who was also lovely.
