Badly organised, chaotic and a shambles in my experience. One doctor was delayed in theatre. Nothing wrong with that but the backlog this created was not rectified. A crisis generated by a lack of management who should have reacted ss soon as the doctor was delayed (11.00 hrs) I was told. Attempts to rectify did not start untill after 15.00hrs and even then nothing happened that was noticeable. The staff are good the management however are not. Crocodile smiles and promises are for politicians not alleged skilled managers.
