"Colonoscopy procedure"

I had an appointment yesterday for a colonoscopy. From the moment I got there I was welcomed by the receptionist and only waited a short time before being taken through to get ready for the procedure. I had an incredibly kind person who was so reassuring and patient even when I felt unwell. The procedure was pain free and again every single member of staff was so kind and never once did I feel embarrassed or self conscious. After fully recovered I was taken to a tea room while I waited for my husband after the staff had already called him to arrange for him to collect me. Thank you to the whole department for being so professional, clean, kind and friendly at what could be a frightening time.
