"Ward 2"

About: Blackpool Victoria Hospital / General medicine

I didnt know what was wrong with me when I went to a& e and yes it was quite a wait, but once I was seen to by the nursing staff and doctors they were so good and caring always kept me informed of what they were doing. It was found I had a gall stone trapped and was kept in ward 2 for 6 days, very clean and extremely caring staff of all levels even the food which I was dreading wasnt bad at all, so thank you to all staff on making my stay as comfortable as you were able

Dear Susan,

Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience when accessing care and treatment at the Blackpool Teaching Hospitals.

I am sorry that you had to wait longer in A&E than we would have wanted but I am pleased that you found the staff you came into contact with so good and caring.

I will share your feedback with the teams involved as I know they will be pleased to receive this.

Thank you once more

Andrew
