I had irregular heart beat last year 2016 and was referred to Warrington hospital. I was called around three times and given all clear even the problem was still there. On 4/9/2017, while visiting Germany, my blood pressure shoot up. I was taken to hospital there and the doctor found out, one of the arteries in narrow. Without any further wait, doctor fitted a stent in the artery. After 4 days care, they allowed me to return back home and report the incident to local doctor for further treatment. My GP sent referral to cardiology. Today 26/9/2017, I received appointment letter from Warrington Hospital for 13th December 2017. Whereas, I visited A&E on 25/9/2017 for pain in chest and arm. So, I believe, this attitude of delaying tactics makes conditions worst instead of giving early treatment which could help the patient cure with less burden on NHS.
"Careless attitude"
