Generally very happy with my recent visit, as I was nearly a year ago. However, we had to sit with the Morning ITV programme blaring constantly in a small waiting room. The helpful receptionist did turn the sound down when I eventually asked, but said they wanted to watch as well. Perhaps a small tv on their desk would solve that ? There is a small cubicle for children to play in, which seems a very good idea. How about a small cubicle for those who want to watch tv?
