I delivered my baby on the 28th August and was admitted on the 27th August to Victoria ward. I wanted to take this time to write about a midwife that looked after me. I was soo lucky to have been under their care, they held my hand and was reassuring throughout whilst i was in soo much pain. They was soo accomdating to my family. They did their best to get me a bed on the labour ward and took me there and stayed with me until i got an epidural. This midwife was a huge support and ive never met an nhs work as kind and caring as this! They also came to see me after i delivered and that meant alot. I asked to see them many times as i was in hospital for a week but was told they were not on shift. I wanted to say a massive thank you to them, you made my experience a thousand times better and im soo grateful that i was under your care. Keep doing what your doing, your an amazing midwife! I would higly recommend Barnet hospital, and will choose this hospital again.
