"Outpatient appointment"

About: University Hospital Monklands / Ear, Nose & Throat (Ward 9)

(as the patient),

Today I had an ENT outpatient appointment. The ENT consultation was excellent. The consultant explained my ENT issue in a way that I could easily understand, although my appointment was not long, approximately 10 minutes maximum, it did not feel rushed. He used analogies that really helped me to understand what could and could not be done to help and the limits and benefits and explained the next actions that would be taken and why clearly.
