"What a fantastic team!"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Friday 22nd sept visited a and e in early pregnancy. The gynae doctors were both fantastic with excellent bedside manner. The younger of the two a FY2 I think was very friendly and professional. These two male doctors are a credit to the medical profession! Thank you so much for reassuring me and for being kind. I felt they went the extra mile to reassure my anxieties and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you. The whole team on Friday evening were fantastic. The nurse and HCSW in triage were of high spirits but maintained their professionalism. Thank you to them for being kind and considerate but upbeat at the same time. A consultant who works in the department explained someone would remove my cannula. He was very professional with great bed side manner. I couldn't believe the excellent teamwork when the consultant then stripped the trolley and re made it. A lot of staff could learn from this and it was obvious what a great team they made. Thanks to the nurse who removed my cannula for also being kind and caring. What a fantastic team!
