Had to visit urgent care following an accident that required a wound being stitched, long wait and very fragmented service. Many stages involved but when I was finally were treated after nearly five hours then the service was fantastic. Quick, efficient, very professional and caring.
I was seen by a nurse who was working a weekend shift, well done and thank you.
