"No response from the department"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Neurology

(as a relative),

My wife was diagnosed with epilepsy in January this year, she was told that she would be reviewed in 6 months time, this time has now elapsed with no review appointment.

Her GP has tried to contact the consultant to book a review, however no seems to be replying to the GP, the GP has also asked my wife to attempt to contact the Neurology department at Pilgrim hospital, there has been no response from this department the phone just keeps ringing, it appears that no one answers the phone or that there is no one in that department anymore.
