"My treatment from all involved"

About: Crosshouse Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as the patient),

I fainted after a coughing fit(cough syncope) I think the doctor called it.

I would just like to say a big thank you to the guys and girls who were involved in my treatment from the paramedic, ambulance crew and the 3 staff in A and E who treated me this month. I would just like to say there were no faults found on any part of my treatment: )

I respond initially to most of the posts and ensure they are passed to the appropriate team whether they are compliments, observations or grumbles. It is important to make sure all issues are addressed and I try to encourage that to happen for all the posts as required.

Dear chris1964,

That must have been quite scary I and such a surprise I suspect.

I am very glad all the staff you encountered treated you well and I will pass on your gratitude to them.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about it; I am sure the team will be delighted to hear it.

Best wishes,

Eunice
