Having my baby here was horrific and I will be requesting another hospital for my next pregnancy, I was left pushing for 3 hours by myself with my partner and mother in law, the midwife was no where to be seen. It wasn't until my baby developed swelling of the head as he had been stuck for so long that i was helped to deliver him. The fact I was a high risk pregnancy was ignored the whole way through the labour

I am so sorry to read of your experiences especially at a time that should have been a positive one for all of you.

However, what you have described is clearly not the level of care we would want our patients to experience.

Nevertheless, I am grateful that you have bought this to our attention.
