"Ordering a wig from Orthotic dept"

About: Outpatients Centre / Orthotics Department

(as the patient),

I have to phone the orthotic dept every 3 months to renew my wig (I have advanced Alopecia) and every time I speak to the person in the dept I come away from the call feeling quite upset. In my experience, she is brusk and unsympathetic. Alopecia is an extremely difficult condition to live with and this experience leaves me stressed every time! !
