"An amazing birth experience"

About: Stepping Hill Hospital / Maternity care

We had our first baby on the birthing centre on 3rd September, the staff, facilities and experience were incredible and I couldn't recommend it enough.

The birth centre was calm and relaxed, I was able to use the pool and the midwife was experienced but let me do my thing and trusted me to birth my baby. Intervention was minimal but they were there if needed and did regular checks on baby too.

Once our boy was born we were left in the room for a few hours to bond as a family before being taken to a post natal room for the night.

The whole experience was amazing thanks to the incredible staff and facilities

Again, it's lovely to read such a positive review about the Birthing Centre. It's so pleasing to read that mums to be are having the kind of birth they were hoping for and in the right environment.
