"A good feeling of empathy with the other women"

(as a service user),

The keyworker who facilitated the meeting was good and made it easy for me to talk. There were only 3 of us at the meeting but we all took part and covered some interesting topics. I felt it was a good place to speak about concerns & issues and felt safe and supported.

There was a good feeling of empathy with the other women & that we were all there to help and support each other. I will go again.

Its great to hear you have such a positive experience whilst accessing the women's group. Sometimes the group do have small numbers so spread the word with peers you may know. It's encouraging to hear the keyworker good and created a safe space for you and the other women to talk. Keep accessing all we have and working on your recovery.
