"They look after me well here"

About: Intensive Support Service

(as a service user),

Sometimes it's good when you go out to shop's/lunch/cafe.

Don't like not going out.

They look after me well here.

I like to make phone call's/more if possible.

I like most of the staff.

(No smoking) Don't like this: or being poorly.

The team at Firshill Rise ATS are pleased to hear you have had a good experience of care. It is good to hear you have been supported to go into the community as part of your recovery.

We understand it is difficult for people who smoke cigarettes to learn that this cannot happen in hospital. Here at SHSC we have a smoke free policy. We have it because we are a health service and smoking can kill. We work closely with every service user who smokes to offer them alternatives such as nicotine patches or inhalers.
