Referred by gp following very unstable thoughts following a continuing difficult part of my life. The staff have almost all been friendly and supportive.
My only criticism was the decision to discharge me from the crisis team before knowing when/who I was then going to be passed on to. Personally at a time like this (having a new diagnosis) the not knowing part made me feel a little insecure. I felt a little abandoned. That being said, it didn’t take long for me to hear back from the care coordinator. I think it was the shock of hearing that I was being discharged when I still feel very low and still not currently seeing a path forwards.
I am surprised that there are some very negative reviews and don’t feel that to be the case in my own care.
Thank you to the crisis team and all the people involved with my treatment so far.
