About: Royal Cornwall Hospital (Treliske) / Orthodontics

(as the patient),

It took around 6 weeks to get an appointment and then a further wait of 5 weeks to see a consultant. Given my appointment was on the2/10/17 I phoned the appointments dept yesterday who found me a cancellation for the following day, yesterday.

Given the pain I am in with a wait of up to 18 weeks I phoned the dental dept in the afternoon and today I was phoned by the same lady with a cancellation on am next tuesday.

Well done Treliske, you do have some very nice people who work for you and it is appreciated.
