From the moment I arrived at Reception I was welcomed in a most friendly way and advised that a another patient was late and if they did not arrive soon I may be taken earlier, which was the case. The 2 medical staff who attended to me were David & Doreen at Dermatology. What a friendly and professional experience I received from them both throughout my small procedure. David performed the Op so skillfully that I was surprised when he said he was finished. Took about 30mins and all the way through I received much more than just a procedure done skillfully, it was the added and rare component of friendliness, care, and an approach towards the patient that made one relaxed and confident of being in good hands.
