The person I saw at Orthopaedic's shouldn't be in this job. They behave as the most mean spirited bully I've ever witnessed, and this is after going to Lewisham for over 20 years.
Use your patient choice and go somewhere else, you dont want major surgery here.

I was very disappointed to hear these comments and would like to investigate and deal with this behaviour appropriately. If you are willing to please contact our PAL’s department and provide more details.

It is only by investigating that lessons can be learned and inappropriate this type of behaviour can be challenged.
