"First colonoscopy today"

All of the staff I encountered today were amazing. What a fantastic team. I was put at my ease, well informed at each stage, listened to and supported throughout. I was dreading this procedure and very anxious but the staff were super understanding and second guessed where I might worry and offered timely information that kept me positive. The department was very clean and bright, attention was prompt and regular. Thank you for your efforts I really appreciated what you all did for me today.
