"Helpful, polite and kept me well informed."

I was taken in by ambulance to Ipswich hospital to A&E got to say even though they were busy they sorted pain relief and got me comfortable as possible thank you to all of them for that.

Then transferred to Lavenham ward for next 6 days where the care was fantastic kept on top for pain relief always someone checking the ward, all staff very polite and helpful and kept you well informed even though they are busy with lots of other patients and heartfelt thanks to all of you in Lavenham ward for looking after me.

And have to say went back later as an outpatient for keyhole day surgery for gallbladder removal the staff in there were also top of there game helpful polite and kept me well informed. Thank you for looking after me.

Had to stay in overnight after the surgery so was taken to Stowupland ward which also was same as above well look after and cared for thank you also for looking after me.
