The Maternity Matron for Inpatient services has responded to say:

Thank you for the lovely comments and positive feedback about the staff, I will look forward to sharing this with our dedicated team in maternity.

As a department we do have a vacancy factor within our maternity establishment and are currently in a recruitment process to rectify this, however sincere apologies if you felt this was a contributing factor to receiving medications late, this will be fed back to the ward manager immediately.
