"Rude receptionist & full of excuses of reasons..."

I went to the therapy department, it's really hard to find. I got there exactly on time & the receptionist was rude & was talking about how they're getting wasted that weekend, very good example to set. They didn't tell the person I was seeing that I'd arrived, so I waited an hour. The staff member made me strip down to my underwear, which was very embarrassing & uncomfortable. They basically made out I was obese & lazy. I'm a size 12 & have PCOS, so I don't lose weight easily. They told me not to be scared of exercise, I walk everywhere & I walk my dog twice a day. They did nothing even though I've 3 slipped discs like my father did, so I know how bad this will become! They booked me to see a physiotherapist( which of course never happened)I'm in agony but I'll just keep taking the painkillers.
