I have been having major nasal congestion, headache, backache for a few weeks now. Yesterday I started to get a sore throat & finding it a bit difficult to breathe. There was also shortness of breath. I contacted 111 who advised me to go to A&E then to Urgent Care Unit. The staff there were very helpful. The GP I saw was very helpful as well & gave me a lot of information. He diagnosed a throat infection. He then did a prescription & told me to rest. I was in & out in about 2 hours. I am very thankful to the Centre for their help. I have never been to a hospital before & walked out 2 hours from when I arrived.
